Riding the 3-hit performance of the 17-year old center fielder Bill Door, the MSL St. Louis Coeur stopped the MSL Buffalo White Walkers, 4-1. Zachary Usherwood snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-0 on the season. Dani Comadurán suffered the loss. MSL St. Louis is now 11-10, MSL Buffalo 9-12.

The game turned with one out in the top of the fourth when Door hit a 2-run double. It thrust the Coeur into the lead, 2-0.

"We played hard and won," said Door. "Sometimes, baseball really is that easy.'
