Gallis Stars in 9-6 Cattlemen Win
Serafim Gallis knocked in 4 runs to help MSL Ft. Worth beat MSL Vancouver, 9-6. The Braga, Portugal native tallied 1 single and 1 home run. MSL Ft. Worth reliever Tomiichi Matsuo snagged the win, upping his record to 2-1. Juan García shouldered the loss. José Valéncia earned the save for MSL Ft. Worth, his 6th of the year.

MSL Ft. Worth took the lead on Gallis's 6th home run of the season. The grand slam home run, which came against Juan García in the bottom of the seventh, made the score 9-6, MSL Ft. Worth.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Alwin Vreekamp said.

The 4th-place Cattlemen go to 12-11.
