MSL Las Vegas Gets 4-1 Win
John Thomas, who is tied for 5th in the SMSL in quality starts with 5, was terrific for the MSL Las Vegas Flamingos in his team's 4-1 triumph over the MSL Echo Park Lakers. His performance earned Thomas rave reviews. MSL Echo Park has now lost 4 consecutive games.

The Flamingos benefited from an error in the top of the sixth inning. MSL Las Vegas was leading 2-1 when Cisco Martínez hit a 2-run single that was misplayed. It put MSL Las Vegas in front, 4-1.

Martínez told the MSL Las Vegas Observer: "I don't know which I enjoy more -- being a ballplayer or the perks that come with being a ballplayer."
