Late Rally by Piranhas Locks Up 5-4 Win
MSL St. Louis designated hitter Mike Johnston was sensational. He went 3-4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. MSL Panama City beat the Coeur, 5-4. Guillermo Valentín picked up the win in relief for MSL Panama City, while Pablo Pérez took the loss. MSL Panama City has rattled off 6 straight wins.

Shuan-yan Kim was the walk-off hero for MSL Panama City. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Piranhas third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
