PA's Top Player, Lawrence of Smoky Mountain Monday, June 19th , 2062 Bob Lawrence made quite a splash in the USPL Single A this past week. The Smoky Mountain Hobeaus second baseman drilled opposing pitchers for 11 hits in 21 at-bats to roll up a .524 batting average and the USPL Single A Player of the Week Award. He also contributed 1 home run, 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored to his club's offensive attack. For the season, Lawrence is hitting .327, batted in 12 runs with 1 home run and 20 runs scored. |
