Rush Picked PA Player of the Week Monday, June 26th , 2062 The hottest bat of the week belonged to Eugene center fielder Bobby Rush. He went on a rampage last week against PA hurlers and rapped out 11 hits in 24 at-bats for a .458 average while hitting 3 home runs, driving in 5 runs and scoring 5 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the USPL Single A Player of the Week trophy. Rush was honored today at a press conference. Rush is currently batting .265 with 8 home runs, 21 runs scored and 29 RBIs. His OBP is .355. |
