Haynes Wins Best Bat Trophy in June Saturday, July 1st , 2062 For a rookie just breaking in, Victor Haynes certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the PA Batter of the Month award for June. The 20-year-old first baseman for the Eugene Vandals hit .427 with 3 home runs, 14 RBIs and 15 runs scored. Thus far in 2062, Haynes is hitting .387 with 7 home runs, 27 RBIs, 30 runs scored and has compiled a .495 OBP. |
