Blake Tabbed 3L's Top Rookie Sunday, July 1st , 2063 Mike Blake earned June's Rookie of the Month honors in the Menard's Third League for last month's performance. The boyish Buckhead second baseman might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Blake hit .385 with 10 home runs, 29 RBIs and 18 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. This year, Blake has socked 63 hits in 186 at-bats for a .339 average with 13 home runs. He is getting on base at a .408 pace and his totals also include 46 RBIs and 34 runs scored. |
