Ugly Incident Ends in 4-Game Suspension
Friday, June 15th , 2063
Florence catcher Woodrow Eldridge was ejected in the game between the Flamingos and Lynx for letting loose a profanity-laced tirade against the home plate umpire after some calls didn't go the way he wanted. Eldridge was just as incensed after the game.

"These guys are a joke. How can people expect to take this game seriously when you have games like this?" Eldridge said in the locker room after the game.

Now Eldridge must face the consequences of this actions. League officials released this brief statement to the media: "We are regretful that Eldridge has taken this to the level that it has reached. The league will not tolerate this type of conduct. Due to his actions during and after the game, the league is suspending him for 4 games."

Currently Eldridge is batting .188 with 3 home runs, 6 RBIs and 6 runs scored.
