McDowell Claims SA- Batter of the Month Award Sunday, July 1st , 2063 Bob McDowell put together a good June to earn the USSL Low A Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Bompton officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Baby Lakers left fielder posted a .373 batting average with 3 home runs, 21 RBIs and 13 runs scored. This season, McDowell has hit 6 home runs and posted a .288 batting average. |
