García Slams 3 Homers for Beavers Saturday, June 23rd , 2063 Ernesto García went yard three times in a Ballard Beavers victory over the Quebec City Baby Blues at Dylan Park. "I was in a groove," he said. "Every pitch they tossed up there looked like a grapefruit." For the day, the Ballard left fielder went 3-for-5 against Quebec City with 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the Beavers to the 10-3 win. "I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out." Ernesto García flied out in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Alfonso Baranda in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Yun Ran in the 8th and hit a two-run home run off Chris Guzmán in the 9th.
