Jarred Conner was nothing short of phenomenal for the Sunset District Fog. The 22-year-old right-hander was a big reason his team beat the Plymouth Rocks, 4-1. Picking up his 9th save was 27-year old right-handed pitcher Teddy Harvey. The Fog sit in third place in the Menard's AAA with a record of 22-20.

The Fog got an important contribution from designated hitter Chris Rodríguez, who in the bottom of the fourth punched a 0-1 sinker to right-center for a solo home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Fog ahead, 2-0.

"Makes our job easier," said Rodríguez, "when our pitchers shut the opposition down."
