The Plymouth Rocks cruised to a win over the Port Royal Disaster, 14-0, at Plymouth Quarry. Orlando Ramírez led the way, going 3-for-4 for Plymouth. The 6th-place Rocks now have a record of 36-35.

Plymouth got a big at-bat from Columbia, Maryland native Porter Howell, who in the bottom of the third hit a bases-clearing double. It was his 4th double of the season and put the Rocks ahead, 4-0.

Port Royal manager Miguel Aguilar called the blowout loss "just a poor performance, period."
