Blitzkrieg Suffer One-Run Loss at Florida
The Port Huron Blitzkrieg went down to defeat to William Maxwell and his Florida teammates. The final score was 3-2, in favor of the Men. The Florida winning streak has reached 3 games.

Mike Blake had a big solo home run for the Men in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Florida leading 2-1 and the bases empty, he sized up a fastball from 23-year old left-handed pitcher Dan Caine and punished it. The result was his 14th home run of the season, which put the Men on top, 3-1.

"We'll take some time to unwind," said Maxwell, "and then get after it again."
