Shinohara Brilliant as Redlegs Top Rainbeaus, 2-0
|
The Sacramento Redlegs used a great performance from Yoshitaka Shinohara, who leads the PAAA in innings pitched with 43.2, to beat the Kansas Rainbeaus, 2-0, at Wichita Field. Earning his 6th save of the year was Ryan Hurley. The Redlegs now have a record of 16-8 with the win over Kansas.
Shinohara, now 2-3, scattered 3 hits over 8 innings for the Redlegs.
"Yoshitaka mixed and matched," said Sacramento manager Kyle Lucas.
