Turner, Squirrel Monkeys Get Tidy 3-0 Win Over Sacramento
The Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys knocked off the Sacramento Redlegs, 3-0, in USPL Triple A action at The Zoo in Syracuse. Syracuse pitcher and Moncks Corner, South Carolina, native Todd Turner had an outstanding performance. J.J. Hebert was credited with the save for Syracuse, his 2nd of the season. Syracuse is in 8th place in the Premier AAA with a record of 18-22.

Turner, who dominated for Syracuse, earned the victory to move to 2-2. He was in control the whole game, scattering 6 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 6. Sacramento batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.

"I made some pitches when I had to," said Turner.
