4-1 Triumph Takes Philadelphia to 28-17
Philadelphia picked up a win at The Zoo in Syracuse, bumping off the Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys, 4-1. Pitcher Roland Jamison was a major reason the Liberty Reserves emerged victorious. The winner was Jamison. He threw 8.0 innings of 6-hit ball. The loser was Patches Magickbeans. Philadelphia's record now stands at 28-17, placing them first in the Premier AAA.

The Liberty Reserves took the lead, 4-0, in the top of the fourth inning. Facing Syracuse hurler Patches Magickbeans with two outs, Jesse Miller hit a 2-run single.

"I just kind of blacked out and executed my pitches," said Jamison.
