Ellenburg wasted an exceptional performance by pitcher Holden Roberts, falling to the Baton Rouge Brass, 5-3. Roberts threw 7.1 innings of 5-hit ball for the losing team. At 23-22, the Brass claim 5th place in the Premier AAA.

Baton Rouge used a clutch hit from Danilo Somera to get the win. The shortstop drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Brass ahead, 5-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a doozy.

"Always feels extra good winning this kind of game," said Somera.
