Hartman Hits 2 home runs in Machine Win
The Montreal Machine easily defeated the Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys, 12-4, at Stade Olympique, with first baseman Gregory Hartman a main contributor to the win. He was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 7 RBI and scoring twice for Montreal. François Delattre closed it out for Montreal, earning his 1st save. The Machine improved to 25-34.

Montreal catcher Adrien Gras contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two down, he hit a sinker to right field for a run-scoring single. It was his 24th hit of the season and put the Machine ahead, 3-1.

Syracuse manager Ramón Barrueco said: "We'll rinse this one off and get ready for the next game."
