Pilgrims Win with Late Rally
The Providence Pilgrims electrified the home crowd with a walk-off win.

The Billings Polar Bears got a sterling performance from designated hitter Joshua Lade, but the Providence Pilgrims still prevailed, 10-9. Lade was 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. Providence is now 14-12. Billings is 10-16.

The climactic moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Providence. That's when Lawrence Woodward, who is tied for 10th in the SAA in RBI with 16, hit a solo home run off Aukthya Shalabh to win the game. The home crowd erupted in celebration.

In postgame remarks, Woodward said: "I'm proud of our guys, of their fight."
