Billings Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
Billings shortstop Ramil Laygo contributed significantly to his team's 7-5 win over the Lake Murray MotorBoaters. Laygo, who is tied for 10th in the SAA in runs scored with 19, went 3 for 4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Polar Bears. Billings is now 12-17.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Billings trailing 5-4, Laygo jumped on a fastball from fireballing right-hander Mark Lee and hit a 3-run home run to left-center. With one swing, the Polar Bears had a walk-off win.

"This ballpark was lit," Laygo said.
