Billings center fielder Harry Johnston had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Minnesota Loons, 7-4. With the win, Billings raised its record to 22-22.

In the bottom of the third, the Polar Bears took the lead, 3-1, when 23-year old catcher Raúl Pérez drew a walk, driving in 1 run.

"Our approach was just to try to see something over the plate and be aggressive," Johnston told the Billings Observer.
