Polar Bears Deal Eclipse 5-4 Defeat
|
The Billings Polar Bears dealt the Northville Eclipse a 5-4 loss at The Igloo. Roy Walker was the star on offense. He was 1 for 1 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Billings, at 28-19, is 2 games up in the Silver AA.
Walker had a timely hit for Billings in the bottom of the sixth. With Billings trailing 4-2, he turned a 1-0 knuckleball into a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season, making it 5-4, Billings.
