Field of Plenty hosted a real pitchers' duel.

The Providence Pilgrims found a way to sneak past the Lake Murray MotorBoaters, 1-0, in 10 innings. Providence pitcher Orlando Díaz, for one, had a standout performance. With the win over Lake Murray, the Pilgrims improved to 31-29.

The Pilgrims got a clutch hit from shortstop Logan Brown. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Pilgrims.

Brown said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
