Highlanders Slap 2-1 Loss on Loons

Both teams had their chances, but the Asheville Highlanders eventually prevailed.
Asheville Highlanders starter José Bojórquez was in fine form. He led his team to victory over the Minnesota Loons, 2-1. Bojórquez yielded 1 run over 8.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 8 hits, walked 1, and struck out 5. His record improves to 7-3. Dave Wilson closed out the game, earning his 8th save.
