The Billings Polar Bears overcame a pretty good performance by Barton Springs designated hitter Mike Harris, beating the Blues, 8-6, in 11 innings. Harris hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. With the win, Billings raised its record to 35-34.

Billings needed the clutch hitting of Harry Johnston to notch the win. The center fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the 11th inning to put the Polar Bears on top, 8-6. For the game, Johnston had 1 home run and 1 single in 6 at-bats.
