The Tulsa Otters withstood a fine game by Fort Knox second baseman Harvey Keefe at Ballpark of Baxter, to upend the Centennial, 8-4. Keefe was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. The loss drops Fort Knox to 1-5.
Fernando Rivera broke a 4-4 tie in the top of the fourth with a run-scoring walk. It put the Otters in front, 5-4. For the game, Rivera was 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
