Injury Sidelines Dale Cochrane For Year

When Germantown starting pitcher Dale Cochrane was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Uruguayans-Flanderses game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Cochrane had sustained a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for about 12 months.

Ku's Season Could be Over

The Fort Knox Centennial were dealt a blow today when reliever Bao-tian Ku left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Ku has suffered a torn rotator cuff and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury.
For the season, Ku has made 8 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 0-0 won-lost mark and a 0.71 ERA. In pitching 12.2 innings, he has totaled 14 strikeouts and 2 walks.
