Uruguayans 4-3 Victors Over Rhinos
|
The Germantown Uruguayans picked up a win at Ballpark of Albuquerque, knocking off the Redwood Rhinos, 4-3. Starting pitcher Javier Barrego was a big reason why. Ron Lee wrapped it up, recording his 11th save. Germantown is now 15-17.
Jason White had a clutch at-bat with two out in the bottom of the sixth for the Uruguayans. Coming up with the bases loaded and Germantown trailing 3-2, he hit a 2-run single.
White said his team "played with determination."
