Hicksville Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The Hicksville Hounds faced a tough opponent in Plattsburgh pitcher Mark Moore, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Hound Pound by a final score of 7-6. Moore went 7 innings and allowed 3 runs. Dan Bozovic, now 1-1, picked up the win in relief. He allowed 3 runs on 2 hits in 3 innings. The 'W' lifts Hicksville's record to 15-19.

Hicksville got a game-changing hit from José Muñóz. The left fielder blasted a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 11th inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a winner.

"Trying isn't good enough in this league," said Muñóz. "You've got to get results."
