The Beaumont Crossbeaus picked up a win at Ballpark of Albuquerque, knocking off the Germantown Uruguayans, 5-2, in 11 innings. Starting pitcher Brennan Riggs played a key role in the triumph. Héctor Rodríguez picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 1-4. Hunter Holman suffered the loss. With the win, the Crossbeaus have a record of 16-26.

The outcome might have been different for Beaumont, had it not been for Adrian Cameron, the 21-year old second baseman . Cameron stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put Beaumont up, 3-2. For the game, he was 2 for 3, including 1 double and 1 single.
