Tulsa Triumphs with Late Surge

Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Tulsa Otters and Plattsburgh Puffer Fish.
The Tulsa Otters beat the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, 3-1, at Plattsburgh Park. Starting pitcher Guy Pritchard was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. Picking up his 17th save was 20-year old left-handed pitcher Bill Young.
Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Glenn Olson? The 20-year old third baseman Olson stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put Tulsa up, 3-1. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.
"I really like what we did out there today," Olson said after the game.
After today's action, Tulsa sits at 25-23; Plattsburgh slips to 26-22.
