López, Centennial Too Much for Flanderses

Ricardo López had a big hand in the 8-3 Fort Knox triumph over Hudsonville. He rattled off 3 hits in 4 at-bats, scoring 2 times and knocking in 3 runs. The winner was Fort Knox reliever Adam Weijman, now 3-3. The loser was Chuk-yan Miao. The Centennial, at 31-25, have now won 5 straight.
In the top of the eighth, the Centennial grabbed the lead when López hit his 15th double of the season. The bases-clearing double off Porter Brown made it 6-3, Fort Knox.
"The bar for us is not a particular opponent, it's ourselves," said Fort Knox manager Michael Malloy.
