Beaumont Crossbeaus starter Rory Sherman pitched well against the Northwest Territory Beavers at The Target, leading his team to a win, 4-3. Getting the save was Carlos Herrera, his 2nd. Northwest Territory is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 7 in a row.

Sylvain Bonnin had a big grand slam home run for the Crossbeaus in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Beaumont trailing 3-0 and the bases loaded, he sized up a fastball from Pedro Gil, who is tied for 3rd in the PA- in saves with 12, and punished it. The result was his 6th home run of the season, which put the Crossbeaus on top, 4-3.
