Hudsonville Park played host to some exciting baseball.

The Hudsonville Flanderses defeated the Crowley Cajuns, 5-4. Doing his part was right fielder Lau-po Ge, who went 2 for 5 with a home run. He scored 2 times. Their 33-25 record puts the Flanderses second in the Premier Low A.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Hudsonville shortstop Roger Wilco, facing Ryan Hall, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Flanderses the 5-4 win.

"This place was jumping at the end," Wilco said.
