Don Alistair, who is tied for 6th in the PA- in complete games with 1, propelled his team to victory over the Hicksville Hounds. The final score was 5-3, Hudsonville. Cristóbal González picked up the save, his 2nd. At 36-27, Hudsonville is in third place in the Premier Low A.

Hudsonville used a timely hit from Rod Kimble to get the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Flanderses ahead, 3-2. It might've been his only hit, but it did the trick.

"Winning is the only thing that really matters," Alistair told the Hudsonville Daily. "If you can win without even breaking a sweat, more power to you."
