Soggy conditions did not keep Fort Knox and Germantown from playing their scheduled game.

Riding the 2-hit performance of the 17-year old catcher Kyung-chor Sip, the Fort Knox Centennial stopped the Germantown Uruguayans, 8-2, in 9 innings. The Centennial go to 36-30, putting them 4th in the Premier Low A.

In the top of the first, the Centennial took the lead, 3-0, when 19-year old second baseman Yin-reng Zhou drew a walk, driving in 1 run.

"We came in and did what we needed to do," said Fort Knox manager Michael Malloy.
