Loss to Pandas Extends Baltimore Losing Streak
Starting pitcher Jason Kofod pitched well enough to help the Montana Pandas beat the Baltimore Bullets, 5-3. The save went to Johnny Flannery, number 8 for him. Baltimore's current losing streak is now 8 games.

Jason Zimmerman had a big 2-run home run for the Pandas in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Montana trailing 3-2 and a runner on 1st, he got a forkball from Tom Ferguson, who leads the SL in complete games with 2, and swatted a home run to right. It was his 3rd home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Pandas ahead, 4-3.

"A confident pitcher is a dangerous thing," said Montana manager Andrew Schupick. "That's what Jason is right now."
