Grey Wolves Rally to Win
The Vancouver Grey Wolves did just enough to secure a victory over the Mexico City Blue Demons, 3-2, in 12 innings at Condor Nest. Nobody did more than pitcher Johnny Daniels. The Grey Wolves now have a record of 20-21.

Yoson Takahashi was 2 for 4 with 2 singles for Vancouver. The 25-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the 12th. With no one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Leonard Dennis. It was his 1st RBI of the season.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Vancouver manager David Krause. "It's usually not just one thing."
