Cattlemen Snatch Late Win
Vancouver got a terrific performance from pitcher Juan Hernández, but it wasn't enough to beat the Ft. Worth Cattlemen. Ft. Worth won the Wolf Den in Vancouver contest, 4-2. Hernández threw 7.0 innings allowing 2 runs for the losing team. Jeff Forrest earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2.1 innings. He upped his record to 2-0. With the win, the Cattlemen have a record of 24-21.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Michaelsoft Binbows? The former first round draft pick Binbows stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put Ft. Worth up, 3-2. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.

"We did a lot of things right," said Binbows.
