Baltimore first baseman Francis O'Farrell collected 3 ribbies while his team bumped off the Las Vegas Flamingos, 6-5, in 10 innings. The losing skid has reached 7 games for Las Vegas.
The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the tenth, with Baltimore trailing 5-4, O'Farrell hit a fastball from Bill Marshall for a 2-run home run, giving the Bullets the walk-off win.
"We've hit a lull," said Las Vegas manager Tom Williams.
