Flamingos Rally to Nose Past Vancouver
The Las Vegas Flamingos beat the Vancouver Grey Wolves, 5-4. Las Vegas pitcher and Fajardo, Puerto Rico, native Júlio Mora led the way. The win was credited to Javier Cuesta in relief. His record improves to 2-3. Brenden Pilgrim took the loss. The last-place Flamingos improved to 16-38.

Ian Stanley clinched the win with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the ninth. In the game, the Las Vegas catcher was 2-4 with 2 singles and a walk.

"Nice to get this one," said Stanley. "We've been scuffling."
