Julian Pomfret was masterful in helping the MSL Toledo Stingers take down the MSL Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids, 3-1. MSL Northern Virginia is 1-3 after the loss.

Young-kwang Hwang had a direct impact on the outcome. Hwang contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put MSL Toledo up, 3-1.
