The MSL Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids topped the MSL Boston Patriots, 6-0, in USPL Mexican Summer League action at MSL Northern Virginia Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to MSL Northern Virginia pitcher and Guacara, Venezuela, native Carlos González. González picked up the win for MSL Northern Virginia, going 8.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 3-2. MSL Boston has now lost 4 straight.
