The MSL Hollywood Shredders picked up a win at MSL Hollywood Ballpark, taking down the MSL Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids, 5-1. Starting pitcher Tom Young was a big reason why. MSL Hollywood is 6th in the PL MSL with a record of 10-10.

Young made it look easy. He scattered 3 hits over 8 innings, while racking up 9 strikeouts. The right-hander upped his season record to 2-4.
