The MSL Colorado Billy Goats wasted an inspired, 6-inning effort from starter Carlos González, falling, 2-0, to the MSL Toledo Stingers at MSL Colorado Ballpark. Dionigi Sabre picked up the win in relief for MSL Toledo, while Carlos González took the loss. Greg Thomas collected his 10th save.

Alistair Hondo, who is tied for 5th in the PMSL in triples with 1, had a direct impact on the outcome. Hondo contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the third inning to put MSL Toledo up, 2-0.

Hondo attributed the win to "concerted effort and focus."
