Rocketeers Need Extra Frames to Get Past Stingers
The MSL Seattle Rocketeers outlasted the MSL Toledo Stingers, 7-4, in 10 innings. Rafael Chávez led the way, going 3-for-4 for MSL Seattle. Ken Baldwin recorded the save, his 6th. With this game in the books, MSL Seattle is 13-10, MSL Toledo 13-10.

Chávez had a game-changing home run in the top of the tenth. On a 1-1 fastball from Romochka Vlyalko, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Rocketeers a 7-4 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Chávez.

"Our guys refused to lose," said Chávez.
