Both teams had their chances, but the MSL Colorado Billy Goats eventually prevailed.

The MSL Colorado Billy Goats downed the MSL Boston Patriots, 5-4, at MSL Boston Ballpark. Wang Xiao led the way, going 3-for-4 for MSL Colorado. Picking up the win was Jim Gray. He went 5 innings, allowing 1 run on 8 hits. The right--hander struck out 6 and walked 2. Ding-bong Ren picked up his 7th save of the season.

It could have been a different outcome for MSL Colorado, had it not been for Stan Peters, the 18-year old center fielder . Peters contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the fourth inning to put MSL Colorado up, 3-1.

"We found a way to get it done," Xiao said.

The defeat makes MSL Boston 9-15.
