MSL Seattle Gets Another L
|
MSL Boston turned a good effort from starter Orlando Polanco into a win over the MSL Seattle Rocketeers at MSL Seattle Ballpark. The final score was 2-1. Roberto Trujillo was credited with the save for MSL Boston, his 1st of the season. The Rocketeers, now 6-19, have lost 8 straight.
MSL Boston used a clutch at-bat from Bogdan Ernst to capture the win. The designated hitter hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Patriots ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
"We're in a little bit of a dry spell," said MSL Seattle manager Pedro Villegas.
