Patriots Bridle Shredders, 3-2

The MSL Boston Patriots topped the MSL Hollywood Shredders, 3-2, with designated hitter José Oliveira playing a big role. Oliveira went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs for the Patriots in the win. The winning pitcher was 18-year old right-handed pitcher Carlos Luna. He tossed 107 pitches over 5.2 innings, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits. The Patriots raised their record to 12-19.
MSL Boston second baseman Omar Enebrad contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the third. With two down, he hit a fastball to right field for a 2-run single. It was his 43rd hit of the season and put the Patriots ahead, 2-0.
"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Enebrad.
